Teachers at UP INC help students develop their academic abilities and get through entrance examinations. We don’t just cram in cheap tricks for exams but urge students, with the help of triggers for thinking teachers give them, to think out by themselves and to desire to learn more.
The customers we target range from young children to grownups. We manage a variety of educational institutions: English communication schools, science laboratories for children, sports lesson facilities, and Lego Education Centers. In each institution, we cultivate the student's intelligence, imagination and practical skills.

We take a proactive stance on digital technology. “E-Lecture,” our patent e-learning system, enables students to attend interactive lectures via the Internet. We will pursue the possibilities of digital technology-oriented education.

We manage different kinds of preparatory school for elementary and junior high school students, where we not only teach them particular subjects but aim at an all-round general education. We make strong efforts to breed good manners into our students.
It is a feature that in all classes we not only study but put effort into human education such as greetings and manners.

We also have a high school education department that manages preparatory schools for university entrance examinations. We pursue the development of students’ true academic abilities, and attach great importance to the students' interest in the subject, power to seize the essence of the matter, and continuous review of what they have learned.

Our e-learning department is opening up new ground in the digital education. “E-Lecture”, enabling students to go beyond any distance and attend interactive lectures on the web, will develop a totally new education system. We promise that you will feel as if you are in the classroom! This “E-Lecture” system has also been put to trial use in some classes at Kyoto University, Tsinghua University(China), and University of Malaya(Malaysia).

“Kodomo College(Child College)” practices a unique education through the instruction of “Kana(the Japanese syllabaries)”, “Numbers”, “Shapes”, “Reasoning”, “Rhythm”, and “Physical exercises”.

“Anup" is an English school that fosters children's ability to communicate and express themselves in English effectively.

“Lego Education Center” provides unique programs using Lego block that inspire children to think creatively and reason systematically.

“CUPS” is a sports club that aims to improve children's athletic talents. Trainers also attach importance to teaching children good manners.

“Shingakukan” provides classes for private junior high school entrance examinations. Pupils between the ages 6 and 12 learn, in the most effective manner, how to use the knowledge they gain.

“Kaishinkan” is a preparatory school aimed at training students between the ages of 8 and 15 to succeed in high school entrance examinations. Students at Kaishinkan learn to think things out and find pleasure in learning.

“Kobetsukan” provides tutorial classes individually customized to fit each student’s need.

“Kenshikan” provides highly skilled teachers and the best materials specially designed for college examinations.
“Kenshinkan Junior(Kenshinkan for junior high students)” is the subordinate department of Kenshinkan for college entrance examinations. Many private junior high students who need not take any entrance examinations to go on to the senior school start to prepare for the future college examinations. “Kenshinkan Junior” provides classes in English and math for those students.

“Kenshinkan Private School(Private here means ‘private coaching’)” provides well-established tutorial classes for college hopefuls.

Science lab furnished with latest experimental equipment offers laboratory classes for elementary and junior high school students to arouse their interest in science.
